Why it works:
Sensory toys like DIY moon sand help us to develop our five senses (taste, touch, smell, sight, hearing) when we’re little! They allow us to explore and use scientific processes while we play, create, and investigate new sensations. This helps our brains grow super strong.
Additionally, sensory play helps to soothe anxiety and frustration by giving us something to focus on other than whatever has us upset!
